1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 4 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you select at checkout and your delivery address.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Some delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (weather, customs, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (depending on your preference).

5. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is a fixed rate, but expedited and international orders will incur an additional fee.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the destination.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We do not ship to certain remote or restricted locations. If your address is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Missing or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, contact our customer service team at criaturrra@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

We will require photos of damaged goods to process claims with the carrier.
8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned due to a wrong address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the order.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking number provided. If you are unable to resolve the issue, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and we may assist you in filing a claim.
