All orders placed on our website are final and cannot be refunded. Once the transaction has been completed and the product is shipped, no refunds will be issued, unless otherwise specified under our terms or in case of product defect.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue. Please provide detailed photos or video evidence of the defect or damage for a faster resolution.
3. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is automatically processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at criaturrra@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our regular return/exchange process applies (subject to product eligibility).
4. Returns and Exchanges
